Notes Form Seller: Heads & spindles are fine. Put a new belt on about 6 months ago. The machine oscillates or rocks back and forth slightly to give a better polish. The bearings in the arms that make the rocking motion are worn out so it leaves about a 1/4” along one side unpolished.
